Genesis 1:1-5

(Disclaimer: I do not claim any of this to be done correctly.  Its purpose is as a study on possible understandings of its meaning.)

The Paralleled Picture Word
What would the ancients have thought just by looking at the original pictographic script?  It is difficult to say in English words since our perception of an ox for example is more according to sight and theirs was according to function.  But even if you do not know Hebrew you should be able to look at these pictures and get a general idea of what is happening.
The first line in English takes the word down to the original two root letters (underlined.)  The word of is added which is typical when two nouns are found next to each other.  Then the others letters are added.  If a letter is being used as a prefix or suffix or article or conjunction then it will not be the general meaning of the letter that is added but its function to the word (highlighted.)  The third and any following lines are commentary (parenthesis.)
Double quotations means this word has already been used in this passage.

The Wordy Word
There are many literal translations.  The intent of this translation to convey the deeper and often unwritten meaning.  What was the author’s intent?  How would those who received it understood it?  What does the rest of scripture have to say?  How about how does this relate to outside sources?  The intent here is to convey the truth that only the Holy Spirit can give, however I’m not going to claim any of this is ‘thus says Adoni.’ Instead my only claim is this is written weakness and prone to error. 
Genesis 1:1-1:5
Through a beginning and ending’s work of pressing his head [from the womb] the chief of guidance -joining together as one with mother and son -  fattened houses with the grain of his word pressing toward the mark: amazing uncontrolled energies that oppressed in duality their deeds and pressing toward the mark: the strong head that makes a way.
(It is not the intent here to go into the details but merely to state for you the state earth was found ere the re-forming began.  Know however it was not the Author that made it to be this way :)
(Now the earth her state of existence had no Spirit to hold her drifting masses together nor child in the empty womb.  The sight of her sent pangs to your very core.  Zoom in further to this womb:  A barrier capable of crushing loomed over the expressions of it.  Zoom in further to the scattered breaths strewn from her womb: the Spirit of the Triune God frantically searched for any possibility upon the expressions of the scattered…)
…Then in the chaos a guiding note was heard – the chief leaders through him said, “Let him exist with strength of leadership sustained!  Let him exist with strength of leadership sustained!” as the proclaimed ruler-ship and all authority in heaven and earth was given.
Since the chief leaders through him upon inspection found all-sustainability in the chief radiating head they did therefore chose to sanctify themselves – the chief ones - making distinction – house – work - seed – the chief of head and  – house –  work - seed – the covering barrier of crushing.
Then the chief leaders through him pinpointed the head’s chief work – to chief head they gave the title: regulator deeds of chaos and to the crushing barrier Guidance of guidance meaning it would always need to report and be seen for the deeds it did.  Thus there did exist a head who leads his house through experience and a head whose word he sends before him connecting his house to him.  This closed out the contained work of chaos – the control of the chief of head – A revolving door through authority: balance and accord being accieved.

Commentary: Yeshua 1:1 (Genesis 1:1)
The Hebrews used the first word of each book to give it a name.  Therefore the first word of this book in meaning is Yeshua.
Literally this is a beginning not the beginning implying that there could have been others such as Yeshua.  He is one of others.  But in the end he shows himself the one and only true beginning.
Elohim is a plural word yet the verb is singular.  When this is the case we will clarify that they are doing the action through him.
Hassamayim is a duel word meaning it comes in pairs.
Earth is the emphasis as it mirrors itself in the first word of the next verse, a common form of Hebrew poetry.  This could show that is part was emotional for the author even though the focus is historical.
Note that the names heavens and earth were likely not around until the second and third days.  These would have likely gone by their living names at this time.
This is a perfect statement – seven headed with nothing neither missing nor broken.  It is a perfect ahad of three: be’rayshit, ha’shamayim and ha’arets for the other shamayim proved unworthy.  These make the Elohim.  In their perfect state they could have continued a timeless eternity with no other need in will for external objects to be fashioned; together they made a perfect working whole.
Yeshua 1:2
The waw here shows parenthetical information x 3 as it begins each clause and as it prepares to give you the days of creation or what was done to reverse the state of shapelessness and barrenness. 
We know the focus is not on the actions but on the earth, darkness and Spirit since the normal verb/subject order is reversed, the subjects coming first.
Water is not corded together until the third day.  You could assume here there were no bodies of water but rather components of water such as oxygen and hydrogen.  Also waters here is a dual word not a plural one.  This points you back to Hassamayim as their source.  One could easily assume if earth has lost her spirit then why not them as well?
The womb of house of life in her has already become barren so this cannot be the dragon of revelation that is poised to devour her child.  This has to be the dragon of Psalm 18 whose true master has already gained control of it subduing it.  Also this darkness is not normal darkness because it is gathered at a specific location before light is said to exist.
If your culture  understood that earth used to be alive you would easily deduce that the Spirit here belongs to her as it shows an attribute of motherly care in her fluttering over the nest and how the verse begins with the state of her body being of formless astonishment.  Also the Holy Spirit is a feminine entity. 
Yeshua 1:3
Just as verses one and two built up to earth, the focus crescendo on verses three and four is clearly the light. 
Now the waws have patachs meaning they show the continuation of the narration so then is used.
Yeshua 1:4 and 5
It would seem the light not only controls the chaos, but that he does so because he is uncontrollable light himself.  And yet he manifests self-control.  Chaos is uncontrolled energy and yet he is able to contain himself.  Words are also called an unruly evil and yet he is the word.  He is able to channel both light and sound for a favorable advantage.
1:4 literally this could read that he divided the chief ones between the light and the darkness (taking it out of normal order.)  Whereas before the heavens were 7 and 6 fell and replacements needed making such as the firmament, so also here there were some chief ones that fell to darkness and were thus distributed. (Just as he made two lights but one was separated from the other.)  Up to the start of the creative week there could have been considered more than three chief ones, but these became divided amongst themselves.
Both darkness and evil were created by the triune God according to scripture but here there is clear distinction made between light – separating it as holy – and darkness.  Even though these things were a result of God it does not mean he continued to claim what they progress into.  However if the night continued to hold to its tile of Guidance of guidance reporting all it did and obeying completely then it remains overall good.  While only light is named good on this day, looking back on the six days they all are pronounced ‘good.’
Verse five has a crescendo that builds up to darkness in the center.  So we have our three principle players: earth, light and darkness.
‘Day’ – though it is the space of light it includes the head of evening as well as reports of activity are made.  It is one and the same as the light as it is the title that describes his character.  In other words ‘Day’ holds all together and enables it all to happen.

The Light Word
If I could choose just one word or thought to describe the inner truth within the words what would we find?
בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֵת הָאָֽרֶץ׃
In Yeshua’s entrance the trinity gave physical substance to the planetary couples that would later be called heavens and the Mother body that would later be called earth.
וְהָאָרֶץ הָיְתָה תֹהוּ וָבֹהוּ וְחֹשֶׁךְ עַל־פְּנֵי תְהֹום וְרוּחַ אֱלֹהִים מְרַחֶפֶת עַל־פְּנֵי הַמָּֽיִם׃
(Mother existed mutilated and barren-
(Father in darkness of dragon was upon the expressions of the womb-
(The Mother Spirit of the Trinity frantically searched possibilities upon the expressions of the broken air spirits.)))
וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים יְהִי אֹור וַֽיְהִי־אֹֽור׃
Then the Trinity through him in the uncontained gave guidance, “Let him exist a chief radiating head!” then, “Let him exist a chief radiating head!”
 וַיַּרְא אֱלֹהִים אֶת־הָאֹור כִּי־טֹוב וַיַּבְדֵּל אֱלֹהִים בֵּין הָאֹור וּבֵין הַחֹֽשֶׁךְ׃
Then upon inspection the Trinity through him perceived the chief radiating head or light that he contained sustainability for the house thus did the Trinity through him distribute the house – house, work, seed – the chief radiating head and – house, work, seed – the darkness of dragon-kind.
וַיִּקְרָא אֱלֹהִים לָאֹור יֹום וְלַחֹשֶׁךְ קָרָא לָיְלָה וַֽיְהִי־עֶרֶב וַֽיְהִי־בֹקֶר יֹום אֶחָֽד׃ פ

Then the Trinity through him pinpointed his character - Chief Radiating Head - in the title: Stabilizer of Chaos, and to the Dragon Darkness he pinpointed his character: Guidance of Works of Guidance – meaning he was to report his every deed.  Thus there existed a head that leads through the senses and a head that secretly sends out his gathering Word making this overall containment of chaos a barrier of revolved agreement to the Chief.

The Super Literal Word
Genesis 1:1-5
In a head of division characterized by power of an ox that works toward a mark – authorities of connecting: feminine but masculine with hidden life within – empowered house of heads – (ox leading to mark of: ) – the breaths that divide water: feminine but masculine – (and ox leading to mark of:) – the authority at the head of the path. 
But the authority at the head of the path – her work in existence – marked amazement leading to life – and house of amazement leading to life – but a wall of division covered – experience of the yoke – mouth of the seed’s work – belonging to the marked astonishment of water with life in it – but a head of a wall with life in it – belonging to authorities of connecting: feminine but masculine with hidden life within – heading at a wall of a mouth with a mark on the other side - experience of the yoke – mouth of the seed’s work – of the waters of beholding.
